Job description

• Evaluate Student skill and knowledge, in the related subject, based on their learning in the junior classes. Ensure that students are at the required level to begin a more detailed and varied learning in the subject 
• Plan, prepare and deliver instructional material that facilitates student learning
• Preparing pupils for external examinations (SSC, HSSC, O and A levels) by guiding them through the external examination process and procedure, guidelines for preparation based on past examination papers, external grading system and benchmarks
• Managing student behavior in the classroom , and applying appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehavior
• Ensure that the academic / course calendar is followed as per the terms of contract. Keep the VP apprised of any deviations

Education and Experience

• Masters degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Meet professional teacher education requirements of  the School
• Single subject teaching credential or certification if teaching a specialized subject
• Relevant teaching experience in institutes of similar standing
• Sound reputation in the market for a result oriented performance
• Knowledge of relevant technology
