Robotics instructor

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Education with a STEM focus, or a related field (required).

Teaching certification or education coursework is a plus.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or professional certifications in robotics or education (preferred but not required).

Skills:

• Design and implement an engaging robotics curriculum for students. 

• Teach foundational and advanced concepts in robotics, including mechanical design, programming, electronics, and automation.

• Lead hands-on activities and projects using platforms such as LEGO Mindstorms, WeDo 2.0 and Arduino.

• Guide students through the engineering design process and help them prepare for robotics competitions.

• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

• Maintain classroom equipment and ensure the safe use of tools and materials.

• Stay current with trends and advancements in robotics and STEM education.
