Job Description:
To ensure the smooth planning, organization, execution, and evaluation of all examinations conducted by the school. The Examination Coordinator is responsible for maintaining integrity, transparency, and accuracy throughout the examination process, including effective use of digital tools such as the Examination Management System (EMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Subject/Level Coordinators to finalize the selection of Assessment and Examination Syllabus
- Review the Examination/Assessment’s Specimen and formulate the paper question items and respective Marking rubric.
- Work closely with Subject Teachers and Coordinators to standardize the Question item
- Maintain, review and archive Subject- and Grade-wise Question Items Bank
- Attend Academic planning meetings on syllabus and examination.
- Supervise the secure collection, printing, and distribution of question papers.
- Oversee Invigilation duty rosters, seating plans and overall conduct of exams.
- Super-check the marked assessment papers, where and when required.
- Implement examination policies and SOPs across school campuses
- Maintain data and records of students’ academic performance securely and systematically.
- Train and guide invigilators and support staff on exam procedures and protocols.
- Conduct periodic audits and evaluations of the examination system.
- Provide analysis and reports on student performance, assessment trends, and areas of improvement.
- Manage and operate the school’s Examination Management System - EMS.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and regular backups in the EMS.
- Coordinate with the IT Department for troubleshooting, updates, and improvements in the EMS.
Education and Experience

Master’s Degree in Education, Administration, or relevant field.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in school academic or examination management roles.

Sound knowledge of school academic structures, curriculum planning, and assessment frameworks
